In a series of Snaps, Khloe was put through her paces by her trainer Don Brooks, who she has been working with instead of her long time fitness guru Gunnar Peterson recently.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star started off her Friday working out in a fitness studio doing strength and core training.
Exercise - Star - Ab - Rollers - Roller
The first exercise saw the star do 100 ab rollers where she used a roller to stretch out into a plank before rolling back in.
With Don holding her legs, the star utilized her core and her toned arms to bring herself back up again - all the while balancing on a Bosu ball.
Slender - Physique - Body - Pair - Leggings
As she did, her slender and toned physique was evident with her body showcased in a pair of black and green leggings and a tight Lycra black top.
Sharing the video on her Instagram as well, Khloe wrote: 'If I can do it. You can do it. It all starts with day 1! It's a lifestyle now.'
