A father-of-one raped his Tinder date after she told him she didn't want to have sex until they got to know each other better, a court heard.
Israel Tshikeva, 27, from Tottenham in north London, spent two weeks flirting with the 25 year-old woman on the app after messaging her: 'Hi you ok? You are really pretty.'

When he repeatedly brought the conversation around to sex, she told him she would not sleep with him on the first date, the Old Bailey heard.
But the pair ended up engaging in consensual sexual touching on their first date, before the alleged victim him told him to stop.

It is after this, which the woman claims Tshikeva raped her.
She text him 'get home safe x' before reporting the alleged rape to the police seven hours later.

'It is plain that Mr Tshikeva was interested in meeting her in order to have sex,' said prosecutor Paul Douglas.
'He is quite persistant. She makes it plain that she wanted to get to know him better before committing herself to a physical relationship.'

By the time of their first meeting, the alleged victim had indicated she was willing to kiss and cuddle him, the court heard.
In one exchange of messages she told him: 'I'm not looking for fun. I'm looking for someone who can hold me down. I would prefer to see how it goes and then maybe.'

When he suggests going back to her place, she wrote: 'No, not back to mine yet.'
Tshikeva replied: 'Nothing will happen, just want to cuddle and talk and spend time with you.'

She said: 'Yeah but not on the first time we see each other.'
When asked why not, she said: 'Because I just don't do that. It's not that I don't trust you, I like to respect myself. The second time maybe you can come.'
