Stunning NASA images reveal raging 129,000mph storms on Jupiter

The image captured by the space agency’s Juno spacecraft resembles van Gogh’s ‘Starry Night’ as it shows the planet's tumultuous atmosphere.

A NASA spokesman said: “Jupiter completely fills the image, with only a hint of the terminator where daylight fades to night in the upper right corner, and no visible limb the curved edge of the planet.”
