Q: How can I stop a cold going to my chest?
People - Chests - Amount - Nose - Chance
Some people are simply prone to colds going to their chests, and there's not a huge amount they can do about that. However, clearing your nose by blowing it and not sniffing may minimise the chance of the infection going further down the upper respiratory tract.
It's also important to stay well hydrated as this can help ease stuffiness and congestion.
