Police found 14 containers of aborted baby parts and stolen drugs in a man’s car, but he was fined less than $800 for the crime in court last week.
Abortion doctor Michael Arthur Roth received a meager $798 fine and 18 months probation in a Macomb County Circuit Court Thursday, according to LifeNews.

Roth’s sentence comes after police found more than a dozen aborted baby parts in his car and drugs that he stole from his employer upon their investigation of his vehicle in 2015, after he’d had an accident. Roth first got in trouble for drug violations in 2002, then violated patient consent laws in 2004, and was accused of performing illegal late-term abortions and falsifying medical records to cover it up.
Roth was also fined $15,000 in 2004 for stealing drugs and well abortion equipment so that he could perform illegal abortions at his home. After authorities caught Roth performing botched abortions in 2012, he was ordered six months probation and another $15,000 fine for violating Michigan’s Public Health Code.
