ESPN host Jemele Hill calls Trump a ‘white supremacist,’ gets clock cleaned on Twitter

On Monday, Jemele Hill, co-host of ESPN’s 6pm Sports Center, angered many on Twitter with a tweet accusing President Trump of being a white supremacist in no uncertain terms.

“Donald Trump is a white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself w/ other white supremacists,” she wrote.

She had quite a bit more to say about Trump and those who put him in office:

Got that, Trump supporters? He’s in office because of white supremacy. Period. That’s nothing less than a slap in the face to every single person who voted for and supports the president.

Then she called him a bigot, again in no uncertain terms:

Needless - Dylan - Gwynn - Breitbart - Hill

Needless to say, Dylan Gwynn wrote at Breitbart, “Hill makes quite a serious charge here. This is also something that Mike Ditka, Curt Schilling, Craig James, or any other conservative who has worked for ESPN in recent years, would have been fired instantly for saying, Had they said something similar about former President Obama. Also, Hill, who proudly boasts a picture of herself with the Obama’s on her Twitter page, levies the charge against Trump without any evidence whatsoever.”

Naturally, she made quite a few people upset with her and ESPN.


Or at least 60+ million voters.

“ESPN recently fired 100 employees due, in part, to sinking ratings some attribute to the creeping politics from their personalities,” Derek Hunter wrote at the Daily Caller. No doubt this episode won’t help the network’s ratings.

Hill also went after Kid Rock, calling him a racist in so many words.

“He loves black people so much that he pandered to racists by using a flag that unquestionably stands for dehumanizing black people,” she said.
