An Australian construction company has built a unique, tiny house made from plane parts - complete with a small kitchen, hot water system, roll-out deck and a living space.

Business manager and property developer Rick Keel, who founded eco-friendly company The Tiny House Guys, said his new 'Aero Tiny' home was a way to get creative with the design.

House - Australia - Unique - Part - Dash

The house, described as Australia's 'most unique', is made from part of a Dash 8 twin prop training aircraft and has an aircraft door and an emergency exit window as part of the design.

'We speak to a lot of people who can't afford the expense of buying a home or are wanting to avoid renting - our tiny houses are definitely a good alternative,' he told FEMAIL.

Aero - Tiny - House - Kitchen - Shower

The Aero Tiny house has is a small kitchen, a shower with a hot water system, toilet, fold down coach, roll-out deck, dining table, storage space, space for a fridge and solar power panels on the roof.

Since the company launched 12 months ago, Rick said an overflow of orders has continued to come through the door for the quirky custom homes.

'The business is more so for passion rather than profit; The Tiny House Guys predominantly aims to help people and create alternate forms of housing,' Rick said.

After working as a cabinet maker for 35 years and a property manager for over 20 years, Rick also currently works on local and international property projects but thoroughly enjoys the tiny house construction process.
