Sharon Osbourne backs Gabrielle Union and slams America's Got Talent for gender pay inequality

Former American's Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne slammed the show for not paying women the same as men, calling it a 'boy's club.'

Osbourne's comments were a different tune than her initial ones stating that the crew were 'amazing to her' and appeared to be in support of Gabrielle Union.

'It is a boy's club, okay it is,' she said during an appearance on 'The Talk'.

She continued: 'And the boys take care of each other and the women are not paid as much as the men.'

Sentiments - 'Good - Morning - America - Host

The sentiments were cosigned by 'Good Morning America' host Robin Roberts who said that Osbourne and former AGT judge Howard Stern - who slammed the show for replacing women host with 'hotter chicks' - were 'right on' with their condemnations of AGT and NBC.

Osbourne's appearance comes after it was revealed that Union is to meet with NBC this week following her sacking from America's Got Talent.

Star - Hit - Show - Claims - Discrimination

The star was fired from the hit show amid claims of discrimination and racism, but according to a new report from Deadline, she will sit down with legal counsel retained by NBC to discuss ways to improve what she sees as a 'toxicity that has become normalized at Talent'.

An insider explains that the purpose of the meeting, to be held at a Beverly Hills law firm, is to see how the culture and atmosphere on the series can be improved, but Gabrielle will not under any circumstances return as a judge.
