And in good news for the Jersey Shore star, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro will not be hit with a kidnapping charge, after law enforcement officials have concluded his actions don't meet the criteria for kidnapping, according to TMZ sources.

However, the incident has not been dropped with the 33-year-old looking at a lesser sentence.
'The LAPD is strongly pushing for Ronnie to be hit with felony domestic violence instead... based on the evidence and the alleged injuries to Harley,' the publication reported.

If charged with a felony domestic violence, Ronnie could face up to four years in prison.
However, TMZ's sources have said that the reality star may only be charged with a misdemeanor DV - which has a maximum sentence of one year in the slammer.
