We’re really excited to announce our upcoming events.

In October, Professor Jacobson will trek down to the Lone Star State to discuss the raging free speech wars. We also hope to have an opportunity to meet you, provided you’re in the area. In November, Professor Jacobson heads to DC to discuss our coverage of the Gibson’s Bakery v. Oberlin College Case.

Houston - Ways - Speech - Wars - Opportunity

We’ll be in Houston to discuss the best ways to fight back in the ongoing free speech wars, but before we get to that, would love the opportunity to meet you in real life! We have one of the best readerships on the web and look forward to putting screen names to faces.

Professor William A. Jacobson, Cornell Law Professor, President of the Legal Insurrection Foundation and Publisher of the Legal Insurrection Blog and Kemberlee Kaye, Director of Operations and Editorial Development for the foundation and the blog’s Senior Contributing Editor will be in attendance.
