A British Columbia man who jumped into a shark tank at an aquarium and swam naked with live sharks pleaded guilty to mischief.
David Weaver, 37, of Nelson appeared in a Toronto Courthouse on Thursday after skinning dipping in a shark tank in last year.

He told the courtroom he likes doing 'spontaneous and exotic stuff.'
Weaver said: 'It's just another day in the life of Dave.'

CTV Toronto reports that when Weaver was asked if he had any regrets before entering his plea deal, he answered: 'going to court.'
Weaver contends his actions didn't hurt anyone and he doesn't understand the controversy of his skinning dipping adventure.

'That's pretty much it – if I'm out doing something in my life and I'm not hurting anybody else then I don't see the problem in my books, in my opinion,' he said.
The Courts recommended Weaver be placed on probation for one year and seek counseling .
Weaver is no longer allowed at the aquarium.
On October 12, 2018, Weaver and a female friend paid $70 to attend Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto during a bi-weekly event called Friday Jazz Night.

Around 10.30pm, Weaver approached the shark tank and began to undress in front of visitors.
Seconds later he jumped into the shark tank to swim with sand tiger sharks, sawfish and moray eels.
