The BBC is scrapping the iPlayer Radio service to focus on its Sounds app – despite being deluged with complaints that it doesn’t work as well.
BBC Sounds, which launched last November, has been dogged by criticism.

Many listeners have claimed it is difficult to navigate, while others who attempted to listen to the latest Archers episodes were played shows from a decade ago.
Despite this, the BBC announced yesterday that its other audio catch-up service, iPlayer Radio, will be shut down this month, with users encouraged to switch to BBC Sounds from September 16.
