The homeless man suspected of triggering a bomb scare in New York after being seen placing two rice cookers in a subway station is being held at Rikers Island on $200,000 bond.

A Manhattan Criminal Court judge set Larry Kenton Griffin II's bail during an arraignment hearing on Sunday.

Bomb - Anna - M - Kross - Center

He has been charged with placing a false bomb and is being held at the Anna M. Kross Center on Rikers Island, court records show.

Griffin was arrested by cops in the early hours of Saturday morning in the Bronx, after they were called to a home over a suspected overdose.

Footage - Arrest - Griffin - Gurney - Oxygen

Dramatic footage of the arrest shows Griffin unconscious and strapped to a gurney and what appeared to be an oxygen mask secured around around his face as he's led away by police.

He was taken to a hospital for treatment and observation. Police did not specify what, if any, injuries or condition he was being treated for.

West - Virginia - Man - Saturday - Night

The West Virginia man was charged on Saturday night with placing a false bomb.

Griffin was seen on surveillance footage Friday pushing a shopping cart with the rice cookers inside into Fulton Street Station in downtown Manhattan.

Discovery - Items - Authorities - Evacuation - Fulton

The discovery of the items, which had at first been deemed suspicious by authorities, prompted an evacuation of Fulton Street and counterterrorism officers were summoned to the scene.

An hour later, cops confirmed the cookers were empty, were not modified, and were not explosives as first feared.

Package - Rice - Cooker - Garbage - Chelsea

A third 'suspicious package', later discovered to be another unmodified rice cooker, was found next to a garbage can in Chelsea just minutes later. Cops have not yet attributed that device to Griffin....
