Polish 3D printer manufacturer 3DGence has expanded the material capabilities of its INDUSTRY F340 machine with Flexfill 98A from Fillamentum. This is the first flexible filament that works with the dual nozzle industrial system.
“Our customers increasingly use flexible materials in their work, that is why we constantly meet their needs. Flexfill 98A is characterized by increased high abrasion resistance and tensile strength,” comments Mikołaj Skorupa, 3D Printing Application Engineer, 3DGence.
Material - Parts - Eg - Seals - Parts
“Therefore, the material is suitable for printing dynamically loaded parts, e.g. seals or parts that require frequent bending. Printouts made with Flexfill 98A could be supported with the ESM-10 soluble material, which can be washed out. This enables us to obtain even the most complex geometries.”

Materials - ABS - TPU - PC - PEEK
Engineering materials such as ABS, TPU, PC, and PEEK can be challenging to 3D print on a standard FFF/FDM due to high melting points. The INDUSTRY F340 has been designed to process such materials through its flow control system as well as its High Flow (HF) printing modules. As a result, users can upgrade their system with new materials, without having to buy a new 3D printer. Mateusz Sidorowicz, Marketing Director at 3DGence, adds, “There are not so many industrial 3D printers capable of printing simultaneously with engineering...
