Linear Media announces early desegregation drama ‘Action Words: Stand of Faith’

Linear Media, a Studio Releasing company, announces that development will soon begin of ‘Action Words: Stand of Faith,’ an inspirational new early desegregation drama from Shaune Bordere, the author of the 2017 novel ‘Action Words: Journey of a Journalist’ on New Orleans Writer Ora M. Lewis. An Academy Award winning Writer and Director is leading the development of the story. ‘Action Words: Stand of Faith’ is a biopic on Ora Lewis, who was a trailblazing nationally published Louisiana journalist and author from 1936 until her passing in 2006. Ora joined the staff of the African American racial discourse newspaper, known as the Sepia Socialite, in 1936 at the age of 18. Ora Lewis’ talent was remarkable and highly recognized by leaders throughout the New Orleans region.
