The young man who claimed Kevin Spacey molested him at a Nantucket bar testified about the text messages he sent on the night of the alleged incident before pleading the Fifth in a Massachusetts court on Monday.

William Little was called to the stand after his family's lawyer, Mitchell Garabedian, revealed that they were not in possession of the phone he was using on July 8, 2016, while working at The Club Car restaurant and bar.

Garabedian said they had recovered a copy of its contents that were backed up to a computer, including data from July 2016 to December 2016.

Former WCVB anchor Heather Unruh publicly identified herself as the accuser's mother.

Testimony - Little - Mother - Allegations - Spacey

During his stricken testimony Little claimed that he had spoken to his mother about his allegations against Spacey 'more than...
