Mohamed Hadid 'made his security guard complete 200 hours of HIS court-ordered community service'

Billionaire Mohamed Hadid has been accused of fraud, bribery and 'faking' the court-ordered community service he was supposed to serve as punishment for illegally over building his Bel Air mega mansion, bombshell new court documents obtained by DailyMailTV reveal.

And angry neighbors of the 70-year-old maverick property developer - father of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid - claim the giant, half-built house - dubbed the 'Starship Enterprise' because of its enormous size - is endangering their lives.

Court-ordered demolition work has already begun on an illegal third floor of the property - seen here in exclusive photos - and according to the court papers Hadid's own architect has admitted: 'I'm worried that building will slide down the hill and kill someone.'

The new claims come in more than 500 pages of court documents filed Tuesday at LA Superior Court by neighbors suing Hadid in an effort to force him to tear down the building that one of them, Joe Horacek, calls a 'gigantic monstrosity.'

One of the most explosive accusations is that when Hadid was ordered to do 200 hours of community service as part of his punishment for illegal construction on his controversial house, he had his security guard serve the community service for him in his place.

'Hadid escaped virtually all punishment in the criminal case by having his security guard perform Hadid's community service for him,' the new documents state.

'It appears that the co-operation and, more importantly, silence of the local church where Hadid was to perform his community service was purchased by way of two refrigerators and a vacuum.' Hadid denied the claim 'vehemently' through his attorney.
