Brie Larson dedicates Best Fight Award to her Captain Marvel stunt doubles at MTV Movie & TV Awards

Brie Larson put in the long hours of work getting ripped and toned for her role as Carol Danvers in the blockbuster hit Captain Marvel.

And on Monday, when she won the Best Fight Award at the MTV Movie & TV Awards, the actress showed true class when she dedicated the honor to her two female stunt doubles, Joanna Bennett and Renae Moneymaker.

'This is so cool,' an excited Larson began when she accepted her golden popcorn trophy alongside the two ladies.

After acknowledging MTV and the fans, she continued, 'But I wanted to take this moment to really say thank you to these two women who are standing here beside me.

'These are the women who trained me and were also the stunt doubles for Captain Marvel.

Film - Base - Line - Embodiment - Captain

She added, 'I could not have made this film without them. They are really the base line of who she is. They're the living embodiment of Captain Marvel.'

Eventually Larson let Bennett and Moneymaker take the spotlight.
