Apple - Watch - OS - Watch - Ability
Apple Watch OS: More watch faces, the ability to stream audio on your watch and download apps directly, activity trends tracker, and cycle-tracking for women.
iOS 13: New and faster phone operating system with dark mode, redesigned reminders and Maps, and a new "sign in with Apple" option that won't share your personal data like signing in with things like Facebook or Google might. You can choose which data to share, and if you'd like to hide your email, Apple will create a random address that forwards to yours so you can receive information without giving out your email address.
AirPods - Siri - Messages - Party - Apps
AirPods: Siri will now read your messages to you as they arrive (even from 3rd party apps), and you can reply with your voice instantly. Also, you can now share a song with someone just by tapping your phones together while wearing AirPods.
iPad OS: The iPad now has its own operating system, which allows having multiple apps on the screen simultaneously, easier highlighting, three-finger swipes to copy, paste, and undo, and the ability to connect USB drives and SD cards directly.
