Jess Wright has revealed a near-death experience at the age of 20 triggered her ongoing battle with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anxiety.
The former TOWIE star, 33, shared her struggles with mental health in an emotional interview as part of Heat magazine's Where's your head at? campaign, admitting she has felt 'isolated from the world' and 'trapped'.
