Luann de Lesseps headed to court for drinking 'two mimosas'... violating the terms of her probation

Real Housewives Of New York's Luann de Lesseps is in hot water for knocking back a pair of mimosas.

The Housewife formerly known as The Countess, 53, was forbidden to consume alcohol based on the terms of her probation, stemming from a 2017 drunk and disorderly incident in Palm Beach, Florida.

And after Luann admitted that she indulged in 'two glasses of mimosas' following one of her recent cabaret shows in Chicago during a meeting with her probation officer, she was swiftly handed a court date for violating her terms, according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com.

According to a violation report from the Florida department of corrections de Lesseps was first given a 'breath test', which she failed, by her New York probation officer on April 21 2018. She admitted to drinking two days later during an April 23 meeting.

Terms - Arrest - Alcohol - Year

According to the terms of her 2017 arrest, she was supposed to stay free from alcohol for a whole year.

Luann was also found in violation of probation for 'failing to attend 2 AA meetings per week as directed by the court.' The legal papers show that the Connecticut native only has documentation for attending a total of five AA meetings.

Probation - Officer - Treatment - Ankle - Monitor

When her probation officer recommended that she enroll in treatment or wear an ankle monitor, she dismissed both suggestions, saying she was too busy 'with her touring schedule' to do inpatient treatment while also claiming an alcohol ankle monitor was too 'intrusive.'

Luann's probation officer stressed her apparent unwillingness to get with the program.
