A Florida man is accused of torturing his girlfriend's two-year-old daughter by burning her, shooting her with a BB gun and wearing a werewolf mask to scare her.
Andrew Ross Celaius, 37, of Pensacola, Florida, who was arrested April 9, was reportedly found hanging inside his Escambia County jail cell Wednesday night.

He survived the reported suicide attempt and was taken to a local hospital before being placed in protective custody, according to WEAR-TV.
Celaius has been charged with a list of offenses, including six counts of aggravated child abuse, four counts of child abuse and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Additional charges were announced Wednesday as authorities described home surveillance videos investigators found of the 37-year-old torturing his two-year-old victim as 'the thing nightmares are made of.'
Chief Deputy Chip Simmons said video shows Celaius placing a dog collar on the girl and shocked her awake at night as he stood over her wearing a werewolf mask.
