Three large explosions at the Tata steelworks in Port Talbot rocked the Welsh town this morning, leaving at least two people hurt.
Residents reported hearing the blasts at around 3.30am. Photos posted on social media apparently showed a mushroom cloud of smoke rising into the sky above the plant.
South - Wales - Police - 'aware - Incident
South Wales Police said they were 'aware of an incident' at the Tata steelworks.
And the site's owners, Tata Steel, said: 'We're dealing with an incident at our Port Talbot site. Emergency services assisting our own personnel.'

They later added: 'We can confirm there are no serious injuries and all employees have been accounted for. All fires are now under control.'
Residents took to social media to record their shock at the scale of the explosions.
