Bill and Hillary will compete with White House correspondents on 'Nerd Prom' dinner night

Bill and Hillary Clinton's paid speaking engagement is putting them up against the White House Correspondents' Dinner later this month in D.C. – and there are still plenty of unsold tickets for the former first couple's event.

The Clintons, who kicked off their paid public speaking tour in Toronto in an arena with dozens of empty seats, will be back on their home turf for the April 27 event. That is the same night as the annual WHCA dinner, which both Clintons have attended in the past.

President Trump said he won't be attending the WHCA this year, so the former first couple, who will be performing downtown at D.A.R. Constitution Hall, don't have to worry about being upstaged.

However, they still have plenty of tickets to sell at the venue. As of Monday there were still dozens of tickets available at prices ranging from $179.50 up to $320 to see the power pair get interviewed by former Daily Show comedian Jordan Klepper.

On the secondary market, tickets were being resold for as little as $28.
