A group of firefighters in China have amazed the internet with their incredible rope-skipping skills and teamwork.

They have been billed as the real-life 'Snake' - after the classic Nokia phone game - because of their fluid movement and seemingly never-ending formation in a collective performance.

Firefighters - Shanghai - Long-rope - Competition - Wednesday

The 10 firefighters from Shanghai were attending a local long-rope jumping competition on Wednesday when they showcased the astonishing routine.

They beat all rivals after completing 604 skips in three minutes, or more than three skips per second, without tripping once.

Firefighters - Jinshan - Fire - Brigade - Shanghai

The firefighters are from the Jinshan Fire Brigade in Shanghai, which won the same competition last year.

Two members were assigned to swing the rope from two ends while the rest eight ran into the rope and jumped...
