The Dirt crew member sues Netflix and Motley Crue for $1.8M after suffering on-set electrocution

A rigging grip called Louis DiVincenti is reportedly suing Netflix and producers Mötley Crüe for negligence after nearly dying from electrocution on the Louisiana set of The Dirt a year ago.

DiVincenti is seeking $1.8M in damages for his medical bills after filing the lawsuit on March 1 at Orleans Parish Civil District Court, according to The New Orleans Advocate.

Louis claimed he was at The Munch Factory handling metal pipes which made contact with a power line and the accident left him with second- and third-degree burns over 50 percent of his body.
