Elisabeth Moss In Negotiations To Star In Blumhouse’s ‘The Invisible Man’

We are one step closer to Jason Blum and his Blumhouse Productions officially clearing out the stench of death that was permeating Universal’s Dark Universe franchise. A little over a month ago, it was announced that Universal and Blumhouse had reached an agreement for the latter production company to reboot one of the studio’s most famous Monsters, in a new version of “The Invisible Man.” And thanks to Variety, it appears like we know who might be one of the leads in the cast.

According to the outlet, “The Handmaid’s Tale” star Elisabeth Moss is in early negotiations to star in Blumhouse’s ‘Invisible Man’ reboot. While we still don’t know an official plot, other than the fact that it’s based on the classic Universal Monster film, it is known that writer/director Leigh Whannel, who surprised people with last year’s “Upgrade,” is at the helm to spearhead this reimagining.
