Nick Cannon will be stepping into Wendy Williams' designer shoes as a temporary host of her daytime talk show.
The 54-year-old has been absent from her hit show amid medical issues since the start of the year and made the announcement about Cannon via social media late Tuesday night.

While Wendy recovers, she may be looking to relocate closer to the Manhattan studio where the show films, an insider recently told Us Weekly.
'Friend to the show and host of Fox's The Masked Singer and MTV's Wild n' Out, @nickcannon will be guest hosting The Wendy Williams Show on Monday, February 4th, Tuesday, February 5th & Wednesday, February 6th,' Wendy's announcement read.

Mid January, the 54-year-old announced that she would be continuing her absence from The Wendy Williams show in an 'extended break' and cited medical 'complications' from a Graves' disease diagnosis as the reason.
According to the Mayo Clinic, 'Graves' disease is an immune system disorder that results in the overproduction of thyroid hormones (hyperthyroidism). Symptoms include anxiety, hand tremor, heat sensitivity, weight loss, puffy eyes and enlarged thyroid.'
