Jennifer Lopez's no sugar, no carbs diet seems to already be working.

The 49-year-old star was seen with a smaller-than-ever waistline while in a skintight dress on Day Five of the grueling diet, which fell on Friday.

Second - Act - Actress - Business - Meeting

The Second Act actress was spotted heading to a business meeting in Miami with beau Alex Rodriguez, who is also on the diet.

Jennifer looked lean as can be in the knit dress that had red, rust, purple and beige in it.

Mother-of-two - Inches - Height - Platform - Heels

The mother-of-two added eight inches to her height with shiny platform heels with a black top.

And she continued the black accessories look with a black Chanel belt, black Hermes purse and black sunglasses.

Lopez - Tan - Hair - Topknot

Lopez was bare legged, showing off a light tan. Her highlighted hair was in a tight topknot.

Rodriguez was dapper in a dark suit and tie with dress shoes as he held onto a blue folder.

Jenifer - Thanks - Workouts - Tracy - Anderson

Jenifer has always been trim thanks to steady workouts with Tracy Anderson and a low-carb diet. So her move to such a restrictive diet has baffled her followers.

And Lopez raised eyebrows this week when she told her social media followers that she was 'very hungry' after being on the diet for only two days.

She also showed what she was eating and there was no bread in sight.

One day she had tuna with boiled eggs and vegetables. The next day it was turkey with boiled eggs and mushrooms.

The meals were healthy but to most, not satisfying.

And there are health concerns. Some experts have said high-protein, low-carb diets can lead to higher cholesterol, increasing the chance of heart disease.
