James Jordan revealed he's lost two and a half stone since joining Dancing On Ice.
The ballroom dancer, 40, was making an appearance on Good Morning Britain with his wife Ola on Wednesday when he admitted he 'went from 73 kilos to 95' after leaving Strictly Come Dancing in 2013.

He explained: 'I've lost a lot of weight, I've lost two and a half stone. I was 15 and a half stone. When I stopped doing Strictly [Come Dancing] I went from 73 kilos to 95.
'I was quite a big boy, I had put on a lot of weight. I didn't feel healthy. When I got offered to do Dancing on Ice, I thought I've got to do something about this.'

Going on to discuss how the transformation happened, he added: 'I [cut out] bread that's the main thing, I love bread. Don't drink as much alcohol, it's like pouring sugar in your body. And I run.'
On Sunday, the dancer scored 27 out of 40 with his impressive Phantom Of The Opera-themed performance but admitted he was still immensely nervous before getting on the ice.

He said: 'I was on Strictly for all those years but I get so nervous still, it drives me so mad.'
