An ultra-rare two-headed blue-tongue lizard called Lucky has been found in an Australian backyard.

The reptile was handed over to the Australian Reptile Park in New South Wales' Central Coast.

Deformity - Embryo - Egg

His deformity was caused by an incomplete embryo splitting inside the egg.

Experts predict the two-headed creature will have a short life-expectancy in the wild due to eating difficulties and inability to defend themselves from predators.
