“You guys used to be fun,” an old friend (Lucy Hale) and intriguing minx says to her old pals (Nick Rutherford, Lauren Lapkus). And with that jarring pronouncement, a long-engaged couple is shocked and comes to the realization that they are boring and unadventurous people. So, the new comedy, “The Unicorn” that debuted at the SXSW Film Festival last year tracks a couple as they set out on a quest to spice up their relationship. But, if your relationship needed some spicing up, how far would you go?

A threesome, and all its complications, both emotional and logistical seems to be the full preoccupation of the movie which is directed by Robert Schwartzman, the actor/musician/filmmaker and younger brother of Jason Schwartzman.
