On his nationally syndicated radio talk show “The Mark Levin Show” Friday, host Mark Levin noted that on that date, Nov. 16, 2018, there was no TV, no public transcript or radio audio available of what took place in the courtroom of the court that ruled in favor of Jim Acosta that he could find.
“There’s not TV in the courtroom; there’s no public transcript of what took place in that courtroom; there’s no radio audio of what took place in that courtroom – nothing,” stated Mark Levin on Friday. “So, while I would like to analyze what the court said and did, other than a few sentences in the media, I can’t.”

Mark Levin’s comments came Friday after “Judge Timothy J. Kelly of the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia granted CNN a temporary restraining order Friday, saying that the White House must return CNN White House Correspondent Jim Acosta’s press pass,” reported CNSNews.com. Also on Friday, President Trump said that returning Jim Acosta’s press pass was “not a big deal” and noted that new rules would be coming soon, according to CNSNews.com.

“The vast majority of people reporting on this today have not read the transcript unless they were in the courtroom. Isn’t that amazing?
