The 26-year-old's outing came as she also admitted she's finally learned to 'blank out the trolls' after being left in tears following vile social media comments about her image.
Speaking to The Mirror, Scarlett explained she doesn't feel phased by some of the nasty comments aimed at her appearance on social media, and prefers to channel her energy into the kinder messages from fans.

She said: 'If I've learnt anything, and if I can encourage others, I'd say try to focus and love the people that are loving you, rather than hate the people hating you.
'Otherwise you get into this cycle of negative thoughts. You have to try and blank it out.

'I always think, 'I wouldn't say that to people'. So then you have to think, what frame of mind are these people in? If anything, I just want to hug them all.'
In July Scarlett was left in tears following vile comments made about her appearance on Love Island: Aftersun.
