If you enjoyed watching Lucifer on Fox, then you were probably among the many devastated fans when the network decided to cancel it after only three seasons. One of the more positive things about living in the world of social media is that fans do have the opportunity to make a real difference when one of their favorite shows finds itself on the chopping block. In this case, they started a campaign on Twitter and Facebook dedicated to saving the show. Lo and behold, Netflix stepped in and decided to purchase a fourth season. The new season of Lucifer will not appear on Fox, but it will appear and fans will have the opportunity to see how everything plays out.
If you remember from the end of last season, Chloe had finally seen the actual face of Lucifer, right after he killed Lieutenant Marcus Pierce, the character played by Tom Welling. As you might have guessed, this only served to further pit Chloe and Lucifer against each other. You might consider this the visualization of the battle between good and evil. Of course, Chloe can’t do it all on her own. She’s going to need plenty of backup for this battle, and it comes in the form of some major star power. You can enjoy seeing DB Woodside, Aimee Garcia, Lesley-Ann Brandt, and Kevin Alejandro reprise their roles, just to name a few. There will be a few new faces as well.
