Ten month old polar bear cub Hamish enjoys a playful dip at his Scottish wildlife park home

A ten-month-old polar bear cub was snapped taking a dip in a muddy pool at his Scottish wildlife park home.
Hamish, the first cub to be born in the UK for 25 years, was caught on camera enjoying a refreshing swim at the Highland Wildlife Park in Kingcraig.
Water - Fur - Brown - Mother - Victoria
He submerged himself in the muddy water, turning his fur brown, as his mother Victoria lounged in the shade nearby.
The photographs, taken in the wildlife park today, also captured the ten-month-old as he pushed a piece of plastic blue pipe under the water.
Bear - Shock - Plastic - Water - Beneath
The young polar bear appeared to jump back in shock as the plastic emerged from the water beneath him.
