The entrepreneur and Instagram star from Port Macquarie is also the founder of Bikini Body Burn, and is known for her personal physical transformation which she has documented extensively on social media.

And while some people see the benefits of switching to a healthier lifestyle quicker than others, Ms Irby took to her official blog to reveal exactly when the vast majority of us should notice a positive change after changing our diet and exercise regimes.

According to the social media sensation, making a significant change to your health and fitness should lead you to see visible results within two to eight weeks.

'If we put 10 girls on a deserted island and they ate the exact same food and completed the exact same workouts, [even still] after a couple of months they would each have a different result,' she said.
