Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden looked demure in a pink dress as she joined her father for a church service on Tuesday.

Victoria, 41, who is heir to the Swedish throne, accompanied her father King Carl XVI Gustaf for the opening of the General Synod at Uppsala Cathedral.

Father - Daughter - Side - Side - Chairs

Father and daughter sat side by side on chairs at the front of the congregation, where they shared a quiet word before the start of the service.

Later the pair were seen singing confidently from their hymn sheets as they joined in the worship.

Princess - Victoria - Husband - Prince - Daniel

Princess Victoria was not joined by her husband Prince Daniel, 45, while her mother Queen Silvia, 71, also stayed at home.

The princess donned a soft tonal ensemble for the outing, pairing an antique pink dress with a textured lilac coat.

Look - Pair - Suede - Pumps - Flower

She finished the look with a pair of nude suede pumps and added a large flower pin in her hair for an extra touch.

Meanwhile her father looked dapper in a navy suit and blue tie.
