An investigation is taking place after pictures of aborted fetuses were found in products sold at a Wegmans store in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, as NBC Philadelphia first reported.

Annie Fuhrman Weiss told the outlet that on Sunday she found one of the pictures in a box of diapers that she bought for her daughter.

The card also said "God hates the hands that shed innocent blood," and featured the website for the Abolish Human Abortion group.

A spokesperson for Wegmans told NBC 10 that a report was first made on Saturday when someone found a card in a package of iced tea in the same Pennsylvania location. Employees found cards in 10 other products.
