Police arrested a dozen protesters for blocking a Columbus, Ohio, street with a 32-foot tripod structure on Monday.

Protesters built the tripod by the corner of the Ohio Statehouse and blocked the street to the Columbus City Hall, according to Fox 8 Cleveland.

A woman dangled at the top of the structure in a harness with a sign that read, “ICE Ruins Lives Here,” while a man’s hands were duct taped to the logs to secure the base, reported The Columbus Dispatch.
