The Duchess of Cambridge said she hoped baby Prince Louis would stay 'relaxed and peaceful' as she arrived for his christening today.
She was greeted by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, who baptised Kate and William's third child, as she headed into St James's Palace for the ceremony.

The Archbishop appeared to ask if Prince Louis was asleep when he spoke to the Duchess as the guests made their way to the Chapel Royal.
Kate replied that the baby looked 'very relaxed and peaceful' and said: 'I hope he stays like this'.

The Archbishop greeted the baby's grandfather, the Prince of Wales, and his wife Camilla as the royal family filed in to the palace.
They were followed by Prince William, who was holding Prince Louis' brother George with his left hand and sister Charlotte with his right.
