He shed more than five stone after dramatically overhauling his diet and fitness regime.

And Chris Moyles proved he’s still working hard to stay in shape after stepping out for breakfast in London on Wednesday morning.

The former Radio 1 DJ, 44, was in good shape as he made his way into a local café, before settling down at an outdoor table.

Sporting a casual T-shirt and jeans, Chris looked relaxed while passing the time with two female acquaintances.

Years - Exercise - Diet - Takeaways - Junk

After years of limited exercise and a steady diet of takeaways and junk food, the DJ now credits his weight loss with running and ditching junk food.

According to GoodToKnow, before his weight loss mission, Chris ate about 2,000 calories per day but the food he ate wasn't exactly healthy.

Amount - Calories - Pizza - Ice - Cream

He now eats the same amount of calories, but has swapped greasy pizza and fatty ice cream for fresh fruit and vegetables, along with grains like quinoa and oatmeal.
