Almost as soon as they appeared on the Buckingham Palace balcony to watch the planes of the Royal Air Force in their traditional flypast, Kate Middleton's mini-me and her older brother were bringing the cuteness alongside the Queen's granddaughter, Savannah Phillips, with claps and giggles all around.
