A man was out boating with his friends on a lake in Missouri on Saturday night when authorities say he drunkenly crashed the vessel into a rock bluff, killing three people.
Hayden Frazier, 22, of Overland Park, Kansas, was released from jail Sunday morning. He was arrested Saturday on three preliminary charges of boating while intoxicated involving a death of another person and negligent operation of a vessel.
Missouri - Highway - Patrol - Sunday - Victims
The Missouri Highway Patrol on Sunday identified says the three victims who lost their lives in the accident on the Lake of the Ozarks as 23-year-old Joseph LeMark, of Overland Park; 24-year-old Daniel Lewis, of Overland Park; and 21-year-old Hailey Hochanadel, of Olathe.
Hochanadel's best friend Ashley Lamb, 21, of Olathe, was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, to be treated for serious injuries.

Frazier was taken to a local hospital to be treated for moderate injuries.
