He snapped up his lavish Hollywood Hills home in June last year.

Yet Matt Lucas is already ready to put the house back on the market, and is set to make a small profit, as he listed the gorgeous house for $3.45 million on Thursday.

The actor, 44, had recently tried to rent out the house for $16,500-a-month, but he now appears to be keen to part with the property for good.
